“Miyajima Island”

Miyu is absolutely wonderful tour guide. She guided us all over the island and followed our customised itinerary. I love when during our tour break she would take us to the restaurant of our choice and make we are comfortable, relax and let you have enjoy your own space and would come back on the set time to finish the rest of our tour which to us is great. Although we love her company but she would like us to enjoy our tour break on our own. Highly recommend.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. Although the ropeway had to suspend operations due to thunder, I'm glad you were still able to fully enjoy Miyajima, both during the day and at night.

“The best of the best ”

Our day with Kay in Hiroshima and Miyajima was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the very beginning, Kay was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Her itinerary was perfectly organized, with excellent timing throughout the day, allowing us to enjoy every place without ever feeling rushed. Every detail had clearly been carefully planned. What made the experience truly exceptional was Kay herself. She is deeply knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about Japanese history and culture, and you can see how much she enjoys sharing it with her guests. She explained everything with enthusiasm, patience, and warmth, making every visit even more meaningful. Kay also went far beyond what we expected. She stayed with us until the very end, helping us with the station lockers, checking into our hotel, and even making sure we got to the right restaurant. Her kindness and dedication made us feel completely looked after throughout the entire day. If you are looking for a guide in Hiroshima, don’t hesitate for a second—book Kay. “Memorable day in Hiroshima”

We had a nice day with Kazumi on our trip to Hiroshima. Right from the time we made our reservation to the time we met her in person, she responded to all our questions. We did not even feel we were talking to an unknown person, she made it very comfortable for our family. She is so patient and nice.
