“Fantastic Two Day Tour in Tokyo and Kamakua”

We really enjoyed our two day tour with Ritsuko! We explored Meiji Shrine , saw Shibuya Crossing and the cute street in Harujuku where we saw interesting shops and animal cafes . Ritsuko even took us to Kappabashi Street, the kitchenware area, to look at kitchen knives. We had a blast in Kamakura , an hour from Tokyo , and went to a tea house in a bamboo grove next to a little temple. Of course, we loved seeing the big Buddha ( the second biggest in Japan) and the Hasedera temple with an impressive views. Ritsuko also braved the wind and cold, taking us to the beach area to see mt Fuji which was hiding behind clouds . Ritsuko was a terrific guide! Knowledgeable, organized and a good communicator. We highly recommend her!

Hi Margaret and everyone, Thank you so much for your gracious words! I truly enjoyed our time together as well. It was MY pleasure to show you both the different charms of Tokyo and Kamakura. Beyond the famous sightseeing spots, I’m so glad we could cater to your "foodie" interests—from finding those beautiful engraved knives in Kappabashi to exploring various Japanese dishes and sweets over the two days. It was a pity that Mt. Fuji was hiding at Inamuragasaki, but let’s save that view for your next visit! Thank you also for sharing the lovely photos. As a guide, I often take many pictures but rarely end up in them, so I am very happy to have those memories. There are still so many hidden gems in Tokyo that I haven't been able to show you yet.
