Based on where I stayed (Akihabara), we explored the surrounding areas step by step – always tailored to what fit me. Not once did I feel like "just another customer." What stood out even more was his kindness off duty. One day I had trouble at the post office, and although it wasn’t a day he was officially guiding me, he messaged, “Is everything okay? Do you need help?” And he meant it. No hesitation, no delay – just genuine care. I didn’t have to ask. He was already there. Akira doesn’t follow scripts. He follows your vibe. He noticed the little things I liked – the atmosphere I enjoyed, the kind of spots that made my eyes light up – and he adapted the entire experience around it. And sometimes, I could feel that the places we went meant something to him too. Quiet neighborhoods, tucked-away gems, places not filled with tourists, but with real Tokyo life. To anyone reading this, first of all: thank you. And second: if you're wondering whether Akira is the right person to guide you – take that step. Tell him what you're into. Share your thoughts. Things that you kindly wrote about my tour is what I have always been wishing my customers feel. I try to make things as personal as possible for every tours, and I try not to act like a guide. “Very helpful, very friendly guide to Japan”

Yuji was very helpful and friendly during the day we spent with him. He showed us around Tokyo, adjusted the itinerary based on our needs, and answered all of our questions. Plus, he’s just a really nice guy to boot, and that made for a lovely first day in Tokyo.

“A day with Schunter? Absolutely – we’d do it again in a heartbeat!”

Schunter was simply fantastic – helpful, flexible, and refreshingly uncomplicated. His sense of humor made the tour incredibly fun, and we truly had a great time! He showed us so many interesting places and shared a lot of fascinating insights. Lunch was amazing, and he had just the right recommendation for us. What really impressed us was how personalized the tour remained until the very last moment and beyond – everything was tailored exactly to our wishes. Shunta always had a solution for everything and even took care of reservations and special requests. Everything went perfectly smoothly. A day with Schunter? Absolutely – we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
