It took me some 20 years to be qualified for this job and I feel honored for being able to help tourists from abroad understand our nation and culture. Japan is a beautiful country with a long history, tradition and rich cultural heritages, having various features in each of the four distinct seasons. Although there are now many visitors from abroad, mainly from Asian countries, they are mostly interested in shopping taking advantage of cheaper yen rather than understanding our people and culture. Kyoto and Nara are the two cities best known by foreign tourists, but not all the aspects of Japanese culture are concentrated there. If you visit the countryside other than these two cities, you will never fail to see the beautiful natural surroundings and people who will warmly welcome you. Fukui Dinosaur Museum is very popular regardless of age. It is one of the world's three largest dinosaurs. Echizen is also well known for Japan's handmade crafts including kitchen knives, washi paper, lacquer wares, Tansu chests and pottery. Seeing craftsmen's work right in front of you makes you excited and impressed. My job experiences are only in the military, but there are variety of specialties, so I didn't feel boredom. So I am brushing my skill up to get it. 我登記了沖繩縣的地域翻譯導遊（英／中文），可是沒有全國的。所以為了獲得全國導遊資格，我正在繼續學外語。 I speak English, Chinese (simplify & traditional) , no problem to guide you, not like a native though. 我會說英語和中文(簡／繁)，作為您的導游沒問題，沒有母語的人那麼好。

Hi! I am Kazue. I am from Fukuoka and live in the central city. I spent almost 20 years traveling around the world as a cabin attendant. Meeting different people, different cultures and eating local food were best things in my career. This experience definitely widened my perspective and will help me in some way when I work as a guide. Since I spent half my life outside of Japan, I noticed our culture and traditions are very unique and became more interested in historical sites in Japan. For my personal life, I am a mom of twins. It is still a hard work but I am enjoying a lot with them. We take them around Kyushu whenever possible for their fun and experience. We all love traveling after all. “Fantastic day trip of Kyoto with a true expert”
My family were lucky enough to have Shuji show us around Kyoto on a day trip to all the key sites. Shuji advised us to start early at 7am which was great advice to avoid the crowds and the heat. Shuji has a wealth of knowledge on Japanese history and the key facts at all the spots we stopped. My two daughters in the early 20s and my wife and I found Shuji interesting in a wealth of subjects and we were so happy to spend time with him. If you are looking for a very professional tour guide Shuji has our full recommendation without reservation. “A great guide/guy to discover Tokyo with…”
As a family of five ranging from age 18 to 57 we were happy to have ‚Shu‘ as our guide for our first day in Tokyo. He navigated us on a custom tour safely and efficiently from hot spot to hot spot. We had a lot of fun and insights into life, work and leisure time in Japan and got some great advice on where to eat and shop. Follow one of his tours or get a custom one based on you interests… it’s going to be a unique experience.

“Day trip to Kamakura ”
Chinami prepared an interesting itinerary that covered the top attractions in Kamakura. Chinami was well prepared and knowledgeable about Kamakura's history and culture. We had 11 people in our private group and all had a wonderful time with Chinami.
