“Fantastic Guide - Kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to!”
Carol was our day 1 guide in Tokyo and she was excellent! She communicated frequently and was really nice! She was able to adjust our itinerary as schedules changed and make sure to get us to our pre booked plans on time. I now know why she is highly rated - she earns it!
