“We had a great time with Ritsuko-san!! ”
We had a large group of first time visitors to Japan and Ritsuko-san handled them with grace and enthusiasm. She was attentive and knowledgeable and provided some great historical insight into all of the sites that we visited. She even showed me, a frequent visitor to Japan for 30 years, a new vantage point to see Sensouji at Asakusa! Thank you, Ritsuko-san!! You did a great job.

Hi Brandon, Thank you so much for your kind review! I apologize if the latter part of the tour felt a bit rushed. Still, I'm delighted you all enjoyed the tour as the final part of your Japan trip. Thank you also for the lovely photo. It's a wonderful reminder of our time together. Tokyo has so much more to offer, and I hope you'll have the chance to return and explore its many other fascinating aspects. Take care and stay healthy!
“Very fun and tailored Akihabara tour with Tiago”
Our friend group of three had a blast with Tiago as he provided a very engaging and fun tour of Akihabara. Tiago went above and beyond in tailoring the tour to suit our group's interests and needs before and during the tour! We really enjoyed his energy, knowledge and enthusiasm. We only wish we had more time in Japan so we could do more tours with him. We look forward to having Tiago as our guide again in the near future!

Thank you for review and hope that you had a good time in Japan!
“Saw a lot but not the best first day”
We took this 8 hour tour on our first full day in Japan to get acquainted with both the sites and culture. We saw a lot of the main highlights of Tokyo, as advertised, but I will caution that we spent about 60-90 minutes on the subway overall between stops, as they are very far apart, but we could have saved time if we had taken the JR lines instead (which I believe would have been pricier but we would have been happy to do if it had been offered as an option). Dai was nice, but did not talk much between stops or offer much information beyond what could be found in a guide book. We had a misunderstanding at one stop, but Dai was not able to helpfully moderate the situation and instead made us feel more uncomfortable about our mistake. I would say this experience was good for navigating a lot of the city in one day - though I’d probably recommend choosing a smaller footprint to cover - but unfortunately our tour was a little disappointing. Our tour also ended an hour early, as well, which was a surprise. We would have preferred to have the full 8 hours and expected our guide to be able to adjust to fill the remaining time.

Thank you for taking your precious time to write a review, Mabel. But unfortunately, seems like my tour was not good enough as you expected. I am so sorry to have disappointed you. I need to seriously accept your valuable opinions. And I want to use this experience and be helpful in my future job. I will try not to disappoint my customers again. Sincerely yours, Dai
