We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Hiroshi in Tokyo and Kawagoe. He was incredibly attentive, well‑organized, and thoughtful throughout the day. He kept us on schedule while still making sure we fully enjoyed each stop on our itinerary, which allowed us to see everything we had planned without ever feeling rushed.
