“Stopped the tour ”

Our experience was totally unsatisfactory. It was extremely difficult to communicate with the driver (even if we do speak Japanese!), the information given to us was often wrong. Any random taxi would have been superior! If you target foreign customers, you have at least check what you offer. When we finished visiting the Jomon site, the car was there but not the driver. We, as customers, are not to wait for the driver, it's the other way around. We took another taxi and will continue our sightseeing by ourselves even if we have to pay for it. However our Regent Seven seas ombrella remained in the car. Please ask the driver to deposit it to the ship. Worst experience ever.

Cathy joined us for two full days while we covered the major sites of Beijing which of course included our journey to both the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. She provided outstanding commentary for both destinations and even knew how to secure a memorable helicopter flight over much of the Great Wall. Her insights and general knowledge brought everything to life and greatly enhanced our experience.
