This tour takes you to the 1252m tall Mount Ōyama located south-west of Tokyo. The hike starts in a quaint Japanese mountain village that leads up to the cable car station. Here we can choose to take the cable car or continue on foot. We will visit Ōyama Temple, nestled in the mountain forests. After ascending further up the mountain we will arrive at the Ōyama Afuri Shrine where we can enjoy beautiful views. After this you can choose between two routes, either to the top or an easier route.

“Highly Informative and Fast-Paced Seoul Experience”

We had a fast-paced and engaging tour of Seoul with Paul, with a strong focus on Confucian culture in Korea. Our itinerary included Gyeongbokgung Palace, the National Folk Museum, Bukchon Hanok Village, and the National Museum of Korea. The tour offered deep insight into how Confucian philosophy has shaped both historical and modern Korea. Our family of three, including a teenager, thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was able to keep up with the pace throughout the day. This tour is best suited for those interested in history and cultural depth rather than a leisurely, photo-focused sightseeing experience or a slower pace. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and brings each site to life with detailed explanations and context. “An Excellent Way to Explore Kyoto”

We had a wonderful time exploring Kyoto with Fumi. Using a combination of local trains and taxis, we were able to comfortably cover all the landmarks on our itinerary. Fumi was intuitive, flexible, and attentive throughout the day, adjusting the tour to suit our pace in the summer heat. With some extra time remaining, Fumi suggested visiting Otagi Nenbutsu-ji Temple, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our day. Hearing the story behind the hundreds of unique stone Buddha statues, many of which were carved by local residents, made the visit especially fascinating. Overall, it was a fun, productive, and memorable day. We highly recommend Fumi to anyone looking for a personalized and customizable tour of Kyoto.

“A Memorable Family Tour of Kanazawa”

We had a wonderful time exploring Kanazawa with Haru. The tour started right on time, and we used local transportation to cover longer distances while enjoying plenty of walking through the city. We visited Kanazawa's beautiful gardens, the castle, and the historic geisha and samurai districts. Haru's deep knowledge of the city and engaging storytelling kept everyone interested throughout the day. The highlight of our tour was an incredible sushi lunch at a local izakaya. It was, without a doubt, the best sushi we've ever had. We highly recommend Haru to anyone looking for an authentic, informative, and memorable experience in Kanazawa.
