“Osaka castle, Dotombori and New World visits”

We were a family of three adults, guided by Hideo on July 13, 2026. It took us a while to locate Hideo inside and outside of the Osaka ship terminal. Finally we went back inside and found him sitting near the window. I was shocked to not able to recognize him because Hideo appeared much senior in person, than his posted picture here. Nevertheless, Hideo guided us to the Osaka castle via subway, brought us to lunch at Dotombori, and ended with a tour of Shin-Sekai (New World). We appreciated Hideo in finding the elevators and resting areas for my husband, who had mobility issues with his left foot. I personally found it hard to understand what Hideo was saying during the tour. I think his written English here is better than his spoken one. There was definitely a language barrier here.

“Connecting to the soul of Okinawa”

We spent 2 wonderful days touring the island with Yuki. On the first day we went North to visit the Ocean Expo and Ryuku Village. Both were amazing experiences like no other. Yuki timed it perfectly so we were able to view the impressive display of marine life and get seats for the dolphin show. He did the same for us at the Ryuku Village where we saw a butterfly garden, the traditions of the village and ended with a powerful Taiko drumming performance. On the second day we went South where Yuki helped me connect to my family history at the Himeyuri war memorial and finished with a traditional Okinawan soba lunch. He took us to a perfect spot that we would never have found in our own. Yuki gave us everything we wanted during our 2 days. He even stopped at places we asked about along the way. Yuki was prompt, polite, flexible, funny, informative and helped us to connect with the Okinawan culture. Thank you Yuki for all the memories.

“Dublin City tours, malahide castle”

Jason is a fantastic guide! Picked us up at the airport and took us on a short tour of Howth harbor and malahide castle the first day. A lovely way to begin our journey to Ireland. The next two days were spent on a walking tour of Dublin which included Trinity college , the book of Kells, and the long library. Jason is a wealth of information and kept us engaged throughout. He made several recommendations for excellent restaurants. The next day we toured the botanical gardens and the Glasnevin cemetery. We highly recommend Jason as a tour guide.
