“Wonderful Tour Guide”

Extremely knowledgeable. Good English is a plus! We were out a bit over 7 over hours. Went to many amazing places on Sado. He was willing to stop so I could do some photos at locations not on the agenda. Also to stop at a pharmacy because of queasy stomach. Came in to help as well! He's an apple farmer and was willing to show us his orchard. The biggest and tastiest apples I have ever eaten. I was the first to ask to visit in his five years of giving tours. For me, it was one of the highlights. He also suggested an awesome restaurant for lunch. Not only a fabulous view, but superb fresh seafood. We covered a lot of the island in our time. Also saw several Tokis in the wild! A rare experience. If on Sado, Kei should be your guide.

“Shinjuku and Shibuya tour with Keiko”

Keiko provided a wonderful day for our group of 4. She was a fluent communicator, and a good organiser helping us to see all the main sights in Shinjuku and Shibuya. In particular, she took lots of photos, helped us buy IC passes, explained the train system, and assisted us to order food from a lunch menu. Keiko was originally an English Teacher, and this shows in her time management, cultural knowledge and her spoken Enlish. Highly recommended.
