Kwan created a wonderful customized 2 day itinerary for us. We enjoyed the local sights and food, and had a beautiful picnic by the Han River. His guidance and help at the local markets made the experience educational and fun. Kwan's English is very good as is his knowledge of the area. He had many interesting stories to tell and is a great conversationalist. Do not hesitate to book Kwan as your guide.

“Kyoto Night Food Tour ”

Our tour guide Miyu did a fantastic job in taking us to 2 but very different dinner venues. They captured the local cuisine and vibe very well. Miyu did an excellent job of answering our questions and explaining the different types of cuisine to enjoy. I would recommend Miyu as the perfect guide for your Kyoto food tour

“An Outstanding Day in Kanazawa with an Exceptional Guide – Megumi (Megu)! A Truly Memorable Experience!”

Our port call in Kanazawa was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our cruise, and much of the credit goes to our wonderful guide, Megumi (Megu). Travelling as a group of 14, we had originally prepared our own preferred itinerary, which we then worked closely with Megu to refine and perfect. Her local knowledge, excellent suggestions and thoughtful planning enabled us to put together a wonderfully packed programme, making the absolute most of our limited time in Kanazawa without ever feeling rushed. Megu took care of all the transport arrangements, ensuring our entire group was collected directly from the cruise port, comfortably transported between attractions and returned to the ship in good time. Everything was exceptionally well organised and ran seamlessly throughout the day. But what truly made this excursion special was Megu herself. Beyond being an extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive guide, she is an incredibly warm, kind and engaging person. Her genuine enthusiasm and deep affection for Kanazawa were infectious. She didn’t simply show us the sights; she shared her love for her city with us, bringing its history, culture and traditions to life in a wonderfully personal way. Her warmth, patience and cheerful personality made everyone in our group feel welcome and ensured that the day was as enjoyable as it was interesting. We came away not only having discovered the beauty of Kanazawa but also feeling that we had spent the day with a wonderful friend. Megu is an absolute credit to her profession and a fantastic ambassador for Kanazawa. We cannot praise or recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Megu, for making our visit so memorable. You truly made our day special!
