“Breathtaking Views of Sakurajima”

Even though I was having trouble walking, I really wanted to visit Mt. Sakurajima and Moriaki helped me choose a tour of the island that would fit my needs. He is very knowledgeable about the Kagoshima area and its customs, and gives a great tour! The area itself is rich with history and beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the Yunohira Observatory! I highly recommend this tour.

It was unfortunate that one of the places we wanted to go to hadn’t opened yet, but Morry san immediately found us an alternative solution. He is extremely experienced and well travelled, so he has many stories to tell not just about the places we are visiting but other countries or parts of Japan as well! Tatsuya ensured that we were comfortable in the restaurant he had chosen to showcase true Japanese cuisine. Any questions [and there were many] we asked of him, if language was an issue, he ably used a translation app to speedily give us answer.
