We highly recommend Luciana. Because our train was delayed, she kindly rescheduled our tour to the following day and even came to pick us up at our accommodation by bicycle. For the sightseeing explanations, she read from a prepared script in Japanese, which we greatly appreciated. Basic conversation was mainly in English, but no matter what questions we asked, she always gave us very detailed answers that helped us deepen our understanding.
