“Wonderful day with Hiro-san! ”

Hiro was a wonderful guide for Kyoto temples and shrines. He is so knowledgable about each location, so you can fully appreciate the history and meaning of each site. He also knows the places to take amazing pictures. While places have many people, pictures look like you are the only ones there. We had a very tasty lunch at a local ramen spot to fortify us for the afternoon stops. We arrived at the Golden Pavilion right at the sun was setting, and it was magical. “Trip of a Lifetime!”

Abdeslam was the absolute most amazing guide and travelling companion that anyone could ever ask for! If you want to make a friend and learn to truly appreciate the culture and beauty of Morocco, then you must have Abdeslam with you! He taught us so much about the history of the region and beauty of the Sahara. Here are a few of the things we experienced on our trip: We stayed at five star accommodations; We enjoyed tea and stories with local Berber tribesmen; We ate delicious food; We saw the sunset over the majestic dunes of the Sahara desert while riding camels, and we sang and danced with local musicians under the stars around a camp fire. We will talk about this trip for the rest of our lives. We felt like we got a real feel for the country of Morocco through the people Abdeslam introduced us to and the stores of his life in the Sahara. He was also very careful and playful with our little boy, and we appreciated the patience and understanding that he showed for our toddler.
