Michiko was wonderful and introduced us to incredible spots we never would have discovered on our own, including a very local ramen shop with no English on the menu and a truly authentic, off-the-beaten-path pottery studio run by a fourth-generation family. Her honesty and insight into Japanese culture helped us gain a much deeper understanding of the places we visited. She was also incredibly thoughtful and flexible throughout the day, arranging taxis for our large group and adjusting plans at the last minute multiple times to accommodate our different needs, all with ease and grace. “Professional and Caring ”

Katsuhisa was extremely professional and communicative throughout our trip. He kept us updated on weather conditions and checked in about preferences before our journey began. Despite our very ambitious itinerary - which includes about 6 hours of driving in a single day - Katsuhisa fulfilled all of our requests with a positive attitude and no complaints. We were also traveling with our 2-year-old, and Katsuhisa took extra care to ensure our little one was comfortable and happy. Fumi-san was the most lovely guide for our family. She was so flexible and so patient with our kids. We saw so much in one day and she was super thoughtful on where we went for the day. Very good explanations of history and context. Fumi had more energy than our family! Impressive. We are grateful we found Fumi and recommend her to any family.
