“Amazing Kyoto Tours”

We spent 2 days and an half and with had an absolutely wonderful experience with Masahisa! From the very beginning, even before we arrived in Japan, he was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, helping us with every detail and even giving us valuable tips for the other cities we are still going to visit. In Kyoto, he took us beyond the usual tourist spots and showed us places we would never have discovered on our own. It made the experience feel much more authentic and special. What impressed us even more was his energy and enthusiasm throughout the entire day — despite his age, he kept an amazing pace and was always engaged, kind, and genuinely caring. He made us feel completely looked after at all times and his warmth and dedication really stood out. We would absolutely recommend him to friends and family visiting Japan. Thank you for making our Kyoto experience so memorable!

Teresa Thank you for visiting Kyoto all the way from a country, rich in beautiful stone architecture, charming Old Towns, and UNESCO World Heritage sites, I felt especially grateful that you chose to travel such a long distance to experience Japan. Your country was the only one in Europe that I missed the opportunity to visit during my active career. However, I heard from staff members who did visit your country about its unique cultural heritage, its historic cities, artistic stone carvings, and warm atmosphere has always impressed me, and it was a pleasure to share the traditions and history of Kyoto with guests from such a remarkable country. The way bamboo groves gently teach us about the harmony between couples has been very meaningful to me, and I hope it may offer you a little inspiration as well. “Spiritual and cultural gems of Cairo”

Our tour of Islamic Cairo was the highlight of our entire trip. Maryem has deep knowledge of the historical significance and culture, blending this with the current practices. Visiting the Imam Shafi mausoleum and exploring Ahl al-Bayt sites were truly inspirational. She was flexible and tailored the tour to our interests, including mosques, historical sites and a visit to the vibrant khan-el-khalil market. I did several tours with Maryem and she is excellent!

“Mt. Fuji Day Tour ”

Our guide was punctual as we met her at the bus station and she was easy to find. She had the route well planned and made adjustments where we wanted. She walked us through a lovely small town where we had lunch and went paddle boating on the lake. When asked, she did a great job taking photos for us. Our biggest challenges were that her English was not that great so we misunderstood some things or were not able to ask questions. And we got to several locations on tour, she told us to meet back in an hour. If you already know the history of what you’re seeing, that works great. If your goal was to learn, then that was a missed opportunity. And she was in line ahead of us to load the bus coming back and she directed us to go to end of line. After about 15min looking at how far away we were, it was clear that we were going go be on two different buses so we just took ourselves up to where she was. If we had not done that, we would have been on 2 different buses with no clue where we were going. On the ride back, the traffic was horrible and it took the bus 5 hours to get back to Shinjuku Station. It should have been 2-2.5. That was not her fault. But had we knows traffic was that bad at that time, we would have been find leaving earlier. She said she recommended a driver. We understood a driver based on when we booked l. Again, this is probably where the language barrier was an issue.

Yesterday you were lucky to see Mt. Fuji clearly. But the traffic on the way back was the worst in my career of 25 years. There was an accident on the express way that cause our involvement of evening traffic as a result. We wanted to leave Fuji area earlier. However, I was asked for this tour just two days before and there were no buses available leaving earlier. Things were what I should explain, but no one can expect a car accident.
