At first, I had attended a volunteer group which provided a tour of the Imperial Palace East Gardens until 2015. A very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable guide, Ms Yoko prepared each day's itinerary very well and in detail, highlighting special points of interest to our private group of four. She was punctual on arrival and made all arrangements, including transport and bookings meticulously. She also made good recommendations of restaurants for lunch. Despite our tour finishing about 2 hours late, she was extremely patient and accommodative. We thoroughly enjoyed our tours with Ms Yoko T as our guide. CH Koh, Singapore
