We had 8 hours in B.A. after arriving on our flight from the US and before our evening Bus departure. Aires Transfer organized a very nice private van + driver and Guide in Nathalie. Both our driver and Nathalie were fantastic! They customized our tour to our interests and what worked for our timing. They kept our luggage safe and secure during the day. We had a great amount of walking/touring time + time to see the sights by car and the comfort of the AC. Nathalie was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and everyone enjoyed themselves. Our drop off at the Bus Terminal was smooth and Nathalie helped orient us and ensure we knew where we were going. Our family did a one day tour of Kyoto with Koki - and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire Japan vacation! Koki was super personable and obviously very familiar with the region. In addition to taking us to the more popular (and crowded) sites in Kyoto - he also steered us to some lesser known places - which we truly appreciated as a way to avoid the crowds of people. We highly recommend Koki if you're considering a guide in Kyoto!

A One-Day Tokyo Tour

“Very courteous and helpful”

I actually had to cancel our tour with Mr. Junichi at the last second, but he was extremely helpful during the planning process and I wish we'd been able to go forward with the tour. After we canceled he graciously offered to meet up if we changed our mind. The itinerary he put together was excellent and I'm sure he'd be a fantastic guide.
