“Encore un sans faute!”

Nous avons fait appel une 2eme fois à Satoru. Il y a 2 ans, il nous avait guidé à Kamakura, Cette fois-ci Satoru nous a concocté un magnifique périple à travers lac et montagne, dans la région de Hakone. Comme toujours, organisation, timing et idées proposés par Satoru étaient variés et très intéressants. Satoru est venu nous chercher tôt le matin, et nous a donné beaucoup d'explications pendant le trajet. Grace à Satoru, nous avons, en une seule journée, pu admirer plusieurs facettes de Hakone: la beauté de la région (lac, forêt, volcan), et son musée en plein air, le tout avec une grande efficacité du point de vue de l'organisation des nombreux déplacements (train, bus, bateau, téléphérique) avec un timing parfait. “Excellent Trip ”

This company was great! We notified them that we wanted to see only a few special things, take a boat ride and have a nice drink at sofitel winter palace before being dropped to airport. They did exactly that which was so accomodating! The lunch looked basic from the outside but turned out to be the most wholesome and freshest food I have had in Egypt. My son (10 years) could not stop raving about it. The guide was there with us the whole time. Stopped to grab us water and snacks as well! All in all this was 12/10 honestly. 2 extra brownie points for informing us of the haggling and what to buy and where!

Hiroki M. led me on an excellent one-day tour of Tokyo during my long layover. The itinerary was personalized to my interests and I enjoyed every step . Not only did we visit popular sites like the Asakusa Kannon temple and the Meiji Shrine. Hiroki also took me to some of his favourite out of the way spots. A little Japanese garden tucked away next to a neighborhood shrine was an oasis of peace in the bustling heart of Tokyo. Hiroki was full of information and always sensitive to my needs. I highly recommend his service.
