Michiko was our guide for a 6-hour walking tour of Nara. What a wonderful guide, we are so delighted to have chosen her. Not only does she have excellent English and deep knowledge of the history and culture of Nara, but she has such a warm, welcoming, friendly and fun personality. She carefully planned the tour in advance, did everything at our pace, and customised the tour to our wishes (including a visit to a 700 year old knifemaking workshop, a sake brewery and a matcha tea shop).
