Prior to booking the tour, Kelly worked with us to arrange an itinerary that covered our wish list and she went out of her way to make helpful suggestions. Kelly is an experienced guide. Her English is fluent and she is well informed and punctual. She is flexible and goes out of her way to be as practical as possible. We really enjoyed our time with her. She is personable and informative. At the end of our two days of touring, we felt as though we were leaving a friend. Thank you so much Kelly for all that you have done for us. “Wonderful day”

We are a family of five with three adult/teenage children on a first trip to Tokyo. We didn’t have much idea of what to see and do but Chiaki made what turned out to be some excellent suggestions. She was very engaged in communication before our trip so we made some adjustments and then again on the day as I had hurt my leg and it was particularly hot and humid. We combined better known attractions with things we never would have thought of or found without a guide. She was delightful company with very good English. Chiaki created a wonderful day for us in Tokyo and I could not recommend her highly enough.

“First time visit to Japan tour with Ritsuko”

We had a great tour with Ritsuko (Ueno Park, Harajuku, Shibuya Crossing, Meiji Shrine). She really knows her way around the city! Ritsuko picked a fun sushi restaurant for lunch, the kids liked it so much that we went back two more times during our trip! She was patient with us on an especially hot day, and was kind enough to help me out post-tour, on how to navigate the train(s) to Puroland :) Thank you Ritsuko, for everything!
