She was so thoughtful - bringing us a gift for our honeymoon and even packing extra umbrellas in case we forgot ours when it rained. She was incredibly cognizant of our time constraints and was working hard to make sure we stayed on schedule. Ultimately we decided to move our train time back because we felt there was so much to cover and wanted to continue to learn more from Kahori. She went above and beyond - giving us two extra hours of her time so we would not feel rushed while learning about the devastation of Hiroshima. She even took a cab with us to the train station to ensure we had no issues getting on our train. I’ve never had a more caring guide! She was also wonderfully adaptable. When she learned we loved oysters she brought us to a great local oyster shop. In addition to the care and careful planning she showed us - she was just a joy to spend time with. She was very knowledgeable about current events and we found it interesting to discuss the different politics of our countries. Cannot recommend her enough. We hope to come back to Japan and hope to get to see Kahori again!
