“Amazing Private Farm Tour with Local Farmers in Chiang Mai”

Petch was wonderful. We booked a private tour focused on agriculture and the experience went far beyond our expectations. We had the opportunity to meet local farmers and interact with local people, which made the visit very authentic. We also stopped for coffee in a typical local place, enjoyed delicious local food for lunch, and visited a beautiful waterfall. We even had amazing rose ice cream, which was a unique and memorable experience. It was truly an incredible day. Petch was very attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout the tour. “Moving and Informative WWII Tour”

My husband’s father fought in the Battle of Okinawa, so we were anxious to see all the places he had been and roughly follow the path taken by the Sixth Marine Division. We explained this to Harry, and he did his homework. He came up with an itinerary that was exactly what we were looking for. He came prepared with visual aids and copies of relevant information for us to take home. He was able to answer all our questions and had clearly done a lot of research. Harry is the nicest guy. He is enthusiastic, thoughtful and fun to be with. We had a wonderful two days with him.

It was a great honor for me to spend those two days with you, learning together about the Battle of Okinawa. Since the information commonly shared in Japan and the United States about the battle can sometimes be quite different, I felt it was a wonderful opportunity for all of us to learn from each other’s perspectives. In particular, I am very grateful to Bob-san for sharing many insights from the perspective of American soldiers—things that are rarely written in books available in Japan. For example, I had always thought the Japanese Nambu gun was simply an outdated weapon, so I was surprised to learn from him that its rapid-fire capability actually made it something many American soldiers feared. “Absolutely Fun & Fascinating Day”

According to our requests and with efficient communication, Hiroshi-san created an amazing custom tour with visits to local producers in his hometown. It was truly a rare chance to experience and learn about local crafts, food and culture that would not be possible on our own. He patiently translated and answered our questions. He also chose a delicious, small, local place for lunch. As driver, guide and translator, Hiroshi-san made it very easy for us by taking us to and from our hotel in his comfortable van. Throughout the day, he also captured great photos which he shared via a link. These are a wonderful souvenir of a fantastic day. Highly recommend!
