We booked Melody for the first 2 days of our stay in Tokyo and WOW. I am so glad that we hired him! He curated a personalized experience for us based on our interests, limitations, and curiosities and he journeyed with our large family through Pokémon shopping excursions, eating experiences, and treasure hunts. He is so knowledgeable, kind, kid friendly, and all around brilliant. He answered all of our questions, silly or otherwise. I am especially appreciative of his tenderness toward my 62 yr old mother who has joint issues which means she has a hard time navigating stairs. Through his initial guidance we were able to navigate the rest of our trip. After spending two days with him he felt like a family member and we missed him the rest of our trip. “Interesting and really fun”
