They were waiting for us upon arrival with a spacious, comfortable van that fit our entire group of six along with all of our bags — not a tight squeeze in sight. The professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. The ride to our hotel in Tokyo was smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free — exactly what you need after a long-haul flight. We used them again for our return trip to Narita on June 4th, and they delivered the same outstanding service. We actually had more luggage on the way back (as tends to happen after a trip to Japan!), and once again, the van handled it all without a problem. “One day Tour of Kyoto”

Fumi was the best guide we had during our Japan tour. We booked a one-day Kyoto tour with her, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From promptly answering all our questions before we met to arriving on time at the designated meeting point, Fumi was professional, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. She patiently explained the history and cultural significance of every place we visited and even accompanied us on several long walks to ensure we had the best possible experience. One incident that truly highlighted her dedication occurred when we accidentally left our mobile phone in a taxi. Fumi immediately took charge, contacted the right people, and successfully helped us recover it—something we would have struggled to do on our own. My wife, son, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the thoughtfully planned itinerary. We only wished we had more time to spend exploring Kyoto with her. “Amazing way to kick off our family trip to Japan!”

Shusaku was our tour guide on our first day in Tokyo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city. It was our first time in Japan, and having him with us made the day enjoyable, smooth, and memorable. Despite the rain, Shusaku did an excellent job adapting our plans throughout the day so we could stay mostly dry while still seeing as much as possible. Thanks to his flexibility and local knowledge, we ended up experiencing even more than we had originally planned. He took us to eat fantastic food and to see interesting cultural spots, and he gave us a very helpful orientation to Tokyo that made us feel much more comfortable exploring on our own afterward. He also took amazing professional-quality pictures of us throughout the day and shared them with us after, which was a nice bonus! What stood out most was how easy and natural it felt to spend the day with him. Shusaku is warm, easygoing, and genuinely fun to be around. He also happens to be perfectly bilingual. Our three adult children connected with him right away, and the whole day felt more like being shown around by a knowledgeable friend than a typical guided tour. We would highly recommend Shusaku to anyone visiting Tokyo for the first time if you are able to book him. He’s a wonderful guide and a great person, we feel very fortunate to have had him with us on our first day.
