“Excellent organizer”

Waleed was excellent and very professional. He responded very quickly, understood exactly what we wanted and delivered it. In contrast I found other some other guides took one or two days to respond to my enquiries. He doesn’t always act as the guide. He has a team of guides he uses which worked out well. Over 10 days we had 3 guides he organised for us in various cities. If we had a little logistic problem with them we contacted Waleed and he sorted it out instantly. Our guides were excellent. We had a really good day in Fukuoka with Masa. He was very professional and personable. We asked if we could make an extra stop to buy Raman for our grandkids at home and he made a special effort to take us to a restaurant that was very well known to buy it.
